Damaged Items & Refund Policy


Please read the following carefully before placing your order:


  • No Refunds or Replacements for Customer-Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for books damaged during return shipping to us. If a book arrives damaged due to postal handling on its way to us, the customer will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We do not offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
  • Replacements for Items Damaged in Outgoing Shipments (No Refunds): If a book arrives damaged due to shipping from us, a replacement may be provided—but no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. To qualify for a replacement, the customer must return the damaged item. A prepaid return label will be issued when applicable.
